2006: Into the Future
During January 2005 TMG opened escrow for the purchase of an additional eight new land parcels encompassing a total of 1,454.8 acres, at an acquisition cost of $25,000,000 - located in 5 cities in Arizona and New Mexico. TMG's goal
in 2005 is to acquire $75,000,000 in new land acquisitions.
Once again the time is right for sophisticated investors to take advantage of the excellent return and security offered from investing in Mortgage Notes and First Deeds of Trust that are secured by prime pre-development land located in growth cities.
The Myers Group will offer investor/lenders the opportunity to participate
in the growth of its land investment programs through positions in fully secured
First Trust deeds yielding very attractive and competitive rates. TMG will
not participate in any profits until its Investor/ Lenders have received both
their original capital investment, and their agreed upon profit return.
